I would say that this is a rule 1, 2 and 3 violation. And he was instructing how to draw?!?

One of two instructors fired a gun that was SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN UNLOADED.”
And this “instructor” didnt check to be sure? All LEO shooting intructors should ne NRA certified. Then the LEOs might actually know how to properly handle firearms.
Tell me again why only trained professionals should have guns and we shouldn’t, since we don’t have the benefit of years of professional training and experience?
