Uh…”because they were there” works just fine for me.

That article is so full of FAIL! It ought to be perfectly clear that he shot an intruder, which should be his perfect right to defend his household and family. And no charges filed on the 2 burglars?
What’s the question here? You don’t need to be a highly trained, “only ones” investigator to close this report.

What they ought to be investigating is how to get the Senator some more range time. 2 goblins kicking in the front door should be 2 goblins headed for the morgue.

It’s not that simple. Soles in under investigation by the FBI and NC SBI for among other things child molestation. The children in question are alleged to be former clients. The goblin shot by Soles is a former client. Lets just say the shooting raises questions.
