Vote fraud and voter registration fraud are entirely different things, and the distinction is not subtle.
Vote fraud is something that is done to influence elections. Voter registration fraud is something lazy people do in order to get paid for work they haven’t done, and does not result in fraudulent votes being cast or influencing an election.
ACORN has been found to be involved in the latter (a victim of it, rather), not the former.
