Cool

If you have an M4gery with a collapsible stock and an MGI QCB upper, the whole thing can be stowed disassembled in a typical laptop bag
With pics.

An AR that’ll fit in a shoebox? I suppose that’s okay, but I’m holdin’ out for the wallet-sized one. Yeah, I know it’s likely to be a while.

I have a Kel-Tec Sub 2000 rifle, in 40S&W, which folds in half, thereby fitting into an attache case nicely. Kel-tec also sells a fitted soft case for it for $25, and it does NOT look like a gun case. Looks more like a musical instrument case for a smaller instrument, such as a small woodwind.

$900 for the upper, which doesn’t include the barrel or the bolt carrier assy from what I can tell.
Neat, but I’ll pass.

Additional neat features:
1) By swapping out the barrel and bolt, you can make it almost any caliber or barrel length you want, governed only by the magwell dimensions.
2) Couple that upper with an MGI lower and you can swap magwells, too…
