TV pacifies people into submission. Especially big screen TVs. Doesn’t the big government realize that? Once they start banning big TVs, the people will not be as passive on other encroachments.
I mean, if I’m fine sitting around watching Cheaters and I Love New York reruns all day, I’m not going to do much when it comes to actively defending my liberty.
Nanny-statists should know this.

TeeVee screens shall not be less than 16″ without paying for a tax stamp from the Bureau of Amalgamated Televised Propaganda (B.A.T.P.)…The same tax stamp fee shall be henceforth required for glare filters and volume controls.
