Hope and Change
Thought crimes now make stuff that’s already illegal even more illegaller. They call it a hate crime prevention act. Which it’s not. It just increases the punishment and adds something else someone could be charged with. It will prevent nothing.

The law is intended to allow selective prosecution of selected political and religious views. How many muslims will be prosecuted for espousing hate while rioting, compared to christians who will be prosecuted for, say, writing magazine articles (google Mark Steyn)? How many blacks will be prosecuted for hate crimes, along with robbery, against whites, versus whites who will be prosecuted for arguing against affirmative action? Add your own minority/victim/activist group to the list!
If I get hit over the head, I want that action prosecuted. I don’t really give a crap what the person yells at me while hitting me!
