Turns out all those lawmakers being investigated for ethics violations, it’s because we’re all racists.

While they certainly shouldn’t stop investigating “$90K in the freezer” Jefferson and “Oops I forgot I owned all this property” Rangel, it is a problem if they’re not investigating equally strong cases against white members. We need to get all the crooks out.

Why should race matter in this discussion at all? I know– that’s a racist question, and you’re a racist for even reading this, you racist. Shame on you. You should give up all your liberties right now, you racist, because, for one thing, any liberty you enjoy was the result of some people of some race or another, interacting with other people of race, and that’s racist. You shouldn’t even talk. I bet you are of some race or other yourself. Aren’t you, you racist race mongering racist?

I suspect that so many of these black congressman are under investigation for corruption is because their more likely to come from safe districts, possibly created to elect black reps. If you’ve never really worried that you might lose an election due to your constituents finding out about shady dealings, you have only your personal moral code to keep you out of trouble. And in your typical congressman regardless of ethnicity that’s not very strong.
