I’ve heard good things. I’d consider breaking my “no theater” streak to go see it. If only theater movies could be paused for snack breaks and bathroom visits *sigh*
What is the fascination with zombies? Have I missed some country wide zombie uprising? It seems that for the past year at least once a day I’ll run across some reference to them (especially on the web) when in times recently past I’d go months or maybe even years without having the damn things interrupt my life.
My guess at the rise of the cultural phenomenon: zombies are the ultimate in social commentary. They can be used as a metaphor for everything, from consumerism to civil rights. A fun article is:
