After checking my bank for fees that would apply to me, I’d probably try to deposit that check, over and over, until the state pays up. Unless of course I knew that those bastards from the state didn’t have to pay overdraft fees like the rest of us.
Will this gentleman turn the check over to his District Attorney so that the prosecution can pursue Check Deception and Check Fraud against the State of California?
