Not being familiar with the case, I don’t know exactly who won. Who was the Petitioner and who was the defendant?
IOW, who is ahead?
Defendant was the State (the law). Lots of petitioners, mostly John Does, but the one you might be familiar with is Randy Rayburn.
The John Does won, the state lost, and now you can’t carry in places that serve alcohol.
Well, then, I can’t eat there either and neither should anybody else. nor drink there.
Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
