Seems like an alright video, except for one huge thing. They said the Arizona open carriers turned up with fully automatic weapons (3:00). layers of editorial oversight, yes?
I know that Starbucks, and down the street is a gun-shop. The location of some of the interview – they did a bit of video splicing. Cupertino is a very low-incident area for crime – except up the street at DeAnza college a couple years ago they caught a guy who threatened to blow up stuff and shoot people.
I would ask Morretto the same questions re: his brother officers. How do we protect ourselves from people who are obviously armed? What value is it to society to have his fellow officers armed? And one more, were the two gunned down officers shot by people who traditionally open carry?

That would do for a start.
