Truly rimless rounds. And they don’t function. The Beretta 950 doesn’t have an extractor, so theoretically anyway, a rim isn’t really necessary. I wonder why they don’t work. The timing of a locked breech action vs. the simple blowback of the 950?
I don’t see how anyone loaded that stuff into a mag. A bit too obvious of a problem.
I have noticed quite a few winchester 45acp cases that had out of spec thin rims. Had trouble seating primers there was so much play in the shell holder.

I simply cannot imagine ANY experienced gunner who would load a magazine with such an obviously faulty round.
I also cannot imagine ANY quality-control process that wouldn’t catch this at the factory.
I suspect that a tampering situation is involved.
