Why is anyone surprised by this? We all know any man or woman who carries more than zero guns is presumed to be an armed robber. At least they’re applying their logic consistently.

I read the document they link to and there is a hell of a lot less to this than meets the eye. No, you can’t be arrested for having 3 condoms on your person. Yes, if you’re arrested for prostitution anyway, the fact that you have purse full of condoms can be used as evidence. As well it should.

How would the cops know how many rubbers a woman is carrying?
Surely someone wouldn’t gratuitously give the cops consent to search her purse.

Hey high capacity condomage is for fucking as many people as possible in as short a time as possible. It does however eliminate the “spray and pray” aspect of such activity and as a result keep mall goers and children safe from people who think carrying sexual organs and their accoutements (oughta be a joke in there)in public is their right. First as a public safety measure all genitals should be registered in a police searchable database, condoms should have serial numbers stamped on them and records of sale should be kept by the retailer for use by policing agencies when unauthorized sex takes place without licensure and permission, as is sure to happen without proper safeguards in place to ensure public safety. Carrying concealed genitals should be unlawful for any but law enforcement personnel, security personnel, TSA workers (oh wait, that one’s just been done), oh and the truly impressive as that would just make the rest of us feel insecure. It all about feelings, you know.
Coupled with an appropriate waiting period, something on the order of 7 to 10 days would eliminate the spur of the moment humping so prevalent in the heat of passion. These are all good first steps toward the ideal end result of eliminating condoms and the uses to which they are put daily by gangbangers (ahem), and even people who appear outwardly normal such as the lady at the post office, your mother, your father, newlyweds are especially susceptible the feeling of power uninhibited activity can bestow, especially if done in secret without government approval. The thrill of the forbidden may seem attractive, but it could destroy our society unless we take this very serious problem in hand.

Now imagine if this sort of thing were being proposed in a conservative-run town instead of whacko-central DC. We’d be hearing all kinds of “ZOMG! They’re legislating morality, forcing others to bend to their Puritan Ways…! Next thing you know they’ll be rounding up gays and putting them in concentration camps!!!….Bush!!!!…uh,…Halliburton!!!!”
Anyway; I thought we were supposed to give free condoms away to anyone of any age at any time without questions, by the casefull, so as to prevent the spread of STDs and all that. Start asking questions of fourth graders about why they want condoms, and whammo!…you’re discourging condom use and that will result in more STDs, etc., you bastard, you! So now a whore with condoms, as opposed to, say, a whore with no condoms…. Aw forget it. There are no restrictions on insanity in legislatures.
