Terrorist

The system works: Eight year old boy on FBI terror watchlist. And if some politicians had their way, he’d be unable to buy a gun when he became an adult.

I’ve been on plenty of planes with 2 & 3 year olds I would comfortably call ‘terrors’. But seriously, by age 8 all you have to do is hand them a GameBoy or something.

  2. JKB Says:

Well, he is a member of a paramilitary group that is on Nepolitano’s private watch list. Also, from the article, he is willing to defend himself if necessary. Clearly a subversive.

Of course they blatantly lie about it.

A spokesman for the T.S.A., James Fotenos, said that as a rule, “there are no children on the no-fly or selectee lists,” but would not comment on Mikey’s situation specifically.

And when you point at a child and say “he’s on the list” they won’t comment on it. They don’t even care that everybody knows they’re full of it. While they’re frisking 8 year-old children and strip searching busty women with nipple rings, they’re ignoring guys who paid cash for their tickets and are taking week-long international trips without any luggage. They don’t care about security, just their own petty power trips.

We need to burn the lists and disband the TSA. If we’re really serious about airport security, we should contract it out to the Israelis. At least they seem to be able to get it right most of the time.

An 8 year old is not on the list. Someone with his name is on the list, which unfortunately is just as bad and. My uncle has the same problem with false positives. He has a common name and so much show up to airports at least an additional hour early whenever he flies.

Good lord, I need to proofread my comments more.

  6. Robert Says:

    Idiocy. Thank you, George Bush!

If they only check names, and someone with the same name is on the list, and the enforcers don’t see that this is an 8 year old kid and say “that’s not the same guy,” then the 8 year old is on the list. Even if he’s not the actual person who did whatever it is that got his name on the list.

Of course, nobody knows what will get you on the list, either. Maybe he didn’t turn in a homework assignment and his teacher ratted him out as a subversive over it. Or maybe he’s on the list because he’s a Cub Scout.

  8. Ron W Says:

Oh but we need to do this because the “terrorists” hate us for our liberites, so our government needs to put us on watch lists and manage us with a police-state apparatus to keep us free.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
