Yup. His mistake, as a good and caring person, was in being honest. That’ll often be used against you, if nothing else just to cover some fucking bureaucrat’s ass, for carreer advancement, or for just for the fun of it. In our current culture, we’re supposed to distrust everyone, treat everyone as an adversary, lawyer up and look over our shoulder all the time. This is the sclerosis- ridden world of the Progressives. Offering up the truth is a sign of weakness, and weakness will be exploited to the fullest.
I refue to live like that, and I know I’m putting myself at risk accordingly.
