TN Man Sues ATF Over False Accusations
A Nashville man is suing an agent of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives after he was falsely accused of selling cocaine to a confidential informant.
According to documents filed with the Davidson County Circuit Court on Friday, Dewayne Howard lost his job as a forklift operator and was unable to find new work as the case against him dragged on for nine months. Charges were eventually dropped in September

This will be dismissed due to limited immunity. The only justice this man will get is if he extracts extra-legally.
