that would be great to have, except they just don’t ship to Maryland. the GI Expert is the first 1911 in that price range that i would actually want to own, and my state prevents me from doing so.
Weer’d Beard: I agree. I am amazed at how quickly the black finish is rubbing off of my Para GI Expert. Oh well, I bought it to get my 1911 feet wet and it’s working out great for that. Soon as I have a little extra money, I’m going to play with having some customization done and that will necessetate having it re-finished anyway, hopefully with a more robust finish.
