Sports writing and Sports talk is inevitably going to use military metaphors, WTF? Competitive sports began as warfare simulation, after all.
Yes, there have been basketball players being dumb with guns lately and shame on them. But to those that are responsible and just exercising their 1A & 2A freedoms, good on them. NBA commish, et. al. need to get their jockstraps un-twisted.
