Man charged with telling police dog to “sit”
That’s a crime? That’s what the media report says. Guy is also charged with having drugs and other stuff.

Alachua County has some of the strictest and most draconian drug laws in the state (and in the country.) If you commit a drug related offense, you will also probably be charged with “looking at the officer wrong”, “sneezing too loudly” and “wearing a shirt that clashes with your socks”.

One of my sons was awakened one night in his semi-tractor when a police dog came into the sleeper. My son sat up and pointed at the curtain and shouted “Get him”. The dog immediately turned and attacked his handler. Was funny as Hell. The cops didn’t like it, but were too embarrassed to do much.
