The test for a prior restraint (injunction) is clear and present danger. I would countesue the judge, in a suit to abate a private and public nuisance, because she is a clear and present danger.

Just like what the media says about gun owners but you dont see any judges demanding that THOSE stories get yanked.

Hmm…well, libel (which this might fall under) isn’t really protected by the first amendment.
Problem is, libel is a really hard thing to prove.
