Possession of burglar’s tools in ny law basically covers any tool that could possibly used in a burglary. I would fight it. Basically it is charging you with being a criminal without proof of intent to commit a crime. So what if I happen to get pulled over in a nice neighborhood with a van full of tools. I either have job their or am taking a shortcut. Just because I have alot of tools does not mean I am a burglar as the law states. If they nypd cops saw my van they would think I was hitting the federal reserve.
Hey…that’s a Zebra II gun, I had one when I was a kid. They shot those little yellow pellets, like modern Airsoft, but they were spring-powered. They are modeled after a Whitney Wolverine .22 (I now want one of those, just because.)
AFAIK, Wolverines were never released in any kind of silver finish, only blued. But they do look almost identical otherwise. It’s a shame this kid apparently decided to use one in a suicide-by-cop incident.
