I have a Bersa Thunder and love it. What a fun gun to shoot. It’s arguably one of the best-kept secrets out there. I wonder if the price would still be so low on it if more people knew about them?
World’s fastest bolt action? “Bolt Action Revolution”? Well, there’s the model of 1931 Swiss Carbine, K31. If it’s indeed a revolution, it was well under way by 1931.

Was it just a coincidence the Davey Crockett rifle story was posted today:

Sorry Uncle, I couldn’t resist – I loved that song as a kid.

Bang goes ole’ Betsy.
My trusty gun is Betsy.
I can travel far and wide
With Betsy by my side.
Every time I draw my gun,
Believe me it is not in fun.
I use it for defendin’ me,
I shoot for life and Liberty.

Until someone bests Snoxall’s feats, the Enfield No1Mk3 is still the world’s fastest bolt rifle.
12″ target, 300 yards, 38 hits…. 60 seconds.
