Technically, I believe that’s a Ruger Standard, not a Mk I – it doesn’t have the undercut front sight, and it looks like the rear sight is fixed. The Mk I series had an undercut front sight to reduce glare and an adjustable rear sight (introduced on the Mk I Target along with the longer barrel, and kept, I believe, on all of the following Mk series pistols). The Standard and the Mk I were manufactured concurrently, up until the Mk II was introduced in 1982.
I love my Mk III, though I would have preferred a Mk II, since it doesn’t have the lawyer features (especially the stupid magazine disconnect). I just couldn’t find one at the time.
