I think I see the problem
I question the choice of firearm for playing Russian Roulette.
Update: Turns out from the video of this thing that has been leaked that I will not link to, the guy actually did it with a Makarov. So, for future reference, Russian roulette is definitely a losing proposition with a semi-auto.

House always wins when you play it with a Makarov instead of an 1895 Mosin-Nagant.
Oh, and Vodka & guns are also a bad mix. duh.
YouTube commenters are saying the first guy just used the decocking lever (?), which is in part what duped the victim into also pulling the trigger. That and he looked just as drunk on vodka as the instigator of this prank-gone-horribly wrong.

@4, that’s 1895 Nagant. If Mosin was involved in the design, I would not recommend it for roulette, any more than a Makarov or any Tokarev.
Now a Smith & Wesson #3 might be a good choice for Russian roulette.
