Hopefully this will pass and expand our freedom to exercise armed self-defense pursuant to our enumerated RIGHT in Article I, Section 26 of the Tennessee State Constitution–which, by the way, supercedes even the 2nd Amendment since the States and ultimately, the People retain power over additional and the expansion of rights according to 9th and 10th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. Artilce I, Section 26 is not connected to or restricted to being a member of a government organized militia.
