How can they be charged with defrauding the Dot when their customers are the ones who do it. The government treated them like they were putting guns to the heads of their customers telling them to do this or else. It would be similar to charging a drug paraphernalia salesmen with possession with intent to distribute. While I am definitely not pro drug I do not particularly like how the government stretches vague authority to put someone in prison. Even if it means helping those who I find somewhat distasteful. The law needs to apply equally not just in certain situations.
