Well, isn’t _that_ nice: they “… will not uphold an unconstitutional statute merely because the Government promises to use it responsibly.”
Can we get the criteria list they use to decide if they will “uphold an unconstitutional statute”. It looks to me like those a@@holes merely pay lip service to the constitution and their oath of office.

Big deal. They uphold, and declare constitutional, a lot of things that we can clearly see are unconstitutional. They make it up as they go, like all judiciary types do.
