I don’t expect a criminal attack inside a restaurant that serves alcohol, but I have the enumerated RIGHT to carry while walking to and from such establishments. The State has NO delegated powers to legislate against that RIGHT nor any other enumerated ones in the State Declaration of Rights. Re: this RIGHT, the State only has power to legislate “the wearing” or how arms are carried, i.e. holstered, concealed , open etc. But even with this legislation, the State will still allow owners open to the public to discriminate against those of us who choose to exercise our Constitutional right. One would think that should satisfy the prejudice and bigotry against the minority of citizens who CHOOSE to exercise their right to carry the means of self-defense, but apparently it doesn’t.
