The advocated requirement for CCW permit holders to take anger management courses from OCAGV is a new one to me. I guess the logic goes ‘Every now and then someone with a gun lets their emotions get the best of them and uses their weapon, and someone dies that wouldn’t have if there had either been no weapon or cooler heads.’ That sounds like pretty good logic for everyone allowed outside their home to take anger management courses. Is OCAGV really a shell organization for the counseling industry!?
