   Its very small percentage of police that give the rest of them a bad name. I hope this guy gets the boot.

   A very small percentage in and of itself is nothing. However when you add up all the small percentages then that can be a lot of cops. Hiding the fact behind the overall percentage is a nice way concealing it though. Their are over 800,000 policemen in the USA. If only on percent are crooked that is 8,000 dirty cops. Reality would probably put it at 5 percent dirty. So that would equal 40,000 dirty cops. I consider less then 10 percent a small percentage. Does not look so nice and neat with when you start counting with numbers instead of percentages does it. Remember just a small percentage…..now click your heels 3 times and it will all have been a dream.
   I think this cop has a real future with the prince georges county police department.

   So lets see if i got this right, he arrested him for leaning against his car. Just as the cop & his 2 buddies are doing on the video? How stupid can you get.

   closer to 95% are dirty. The dirt of the actively crooked cop transfers to the others who cover up and lie for him.

   Overcash is a coward. He tried to provoke a fight with an unarmed man while he was armed with taser, baton, pistol and two helpers similarly armed. Who is the “tough guy wannabe”?

   Overcash needs some jail time, which he won’t get. He doesn’t know it yet, but he is facilitating the day when open season is declared on him and his kind. Tough guy cop will run like a rabbit when that happens.

   Oh and the car is not his. It belongs to the city or the taxpayers not the cops. It is only for their use not abuse. I must admit I forgot about how the “good” cops cover up for the bad ones. Got RICO?
