NSSF Responds to NY Times ‘Government Watch List’ Editorial
LTE:
As it stands, most people have no idea if they are on such a government “watch” list, why they might be on it, or how to get off of it if they are wrongfully listed. This should ring alarm bells within any individual or institution which values Constitutional protections.

That’s still harmless compared to the “loss of citizenship” act introduced today. If that becomes law, you can lose your citizenship by government determination from your acts “or other sources”. You can appeal to the courts, tough luck so if the “other sources” cannot be named due to national security interests.

Oh, no big deal, you’re only in danger of the watch list if you don’t use your First Amendment rights responsibly and stay within the confines of conventional political discourse as presetned by the several major media corporations. None of this Constituionalist, Bill of Rights, restricting the government to “delegated powers” stuff you know.
