Having all this information is bad
With iPods and iPads and Xboxes and PlayStations — none of which I know how to work — information becomes a distraction, a diversion, a form of entertainment, rather than a tool of empowerment, rather than the means of emancipation

“Ignorance Is Strength!”
And AT LEAST a third of the country
(including the major centers of culture,
politics, and media) agree with the man.

What exactly does a Socialist know about the emancipation of anyone? How is letting people do what they choose to do, for entertainment, or the access of information, or anything else, enslavement? Freedom of choice is akin to building the pyramids or working in a salt mine? What a fool! Nobody is looking to Barack Obama for manumission, as the only people he controls have long been free, much to their apparent chagrin.

Well, with the his handling of Iran and Israel, mishandling of the economy and refusal to see Islamic terrorism as a threat to the nation, Obama is a walking, talking advertisement of not letting real world information affect your belief of how the world works.
