Looks like they’ve started the process of registering securities with the SEC.

Very interesting.
Notice the street address and PO Box for the Freedom Group – “870 Remington Drive” and “PO Box 1776”. Someone has a good sense of humor or, at least, a good sense of marketing.

That’s the Remington corporate headquarters in North Carolina. It’s been 870 Remington Drive since they relocated from Delaware. Freedom Group is more or less run out of that physical location rather than the Cerberus office on Park Ave in NYC.
IMO, Freedom Group has taken on too much of Big Green’s bad corporate culture. There are more VP’s there than machine operators in the Remington Ilion, NY manufacturing plant.
