This will be worth following to see if there is a lawsuit or not.

Funny… I wonder if she would have been canned for speaking in favor of of “more government and larger budgets”?

I doubt it’s actionable. In some states, assistant prosecutors are personal employees of the elected state/district/commonwealth attorney and can be terminated at will for pretty much anything other than race. It’s even conceivable that one could dismiss on race in limited circumstances. Getting involved in public politics certainly is capable of undermining a prosecutor’s position and seems like reasonable grounds for termination.

Remember, only your political betters can talk about the government while working for the government.

How’s that “smaller government” thing workin’ out for ya? *wink*

Mr. Jarvis badly needs a trip out behind the barn. Since when is educating people about the constitution “political”? Even if it were, doesnt’t this raise questions about Mr. Jarvis’s character, honor, and dedication to the law and the nation? Three tests which he has failed miserably.

Fuck him. Hopefully when assholes like this are finally not tolerated anymore there is a lamppost reserved in his name.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
