Of the (mumble…) guns I own, I’ve only named three: My tricked out “technologically barbaric” (according to my wife) 10/22 is “Conan the Borg.” My long-awaited IBM1 carbine is “Baby Blue,” and my T/C Encore with a 15″ muzzle-braked .260 Remington barrel is “The Power Tool” as named by a reader.
My vote goes to Abomination, Larry Correia’s Full auto Saiga shotgun with grenade launcher and switchblade-type bayonet in Monster Hunter International…. OK so it is not real… that we know of…
Mossberg 500 named “Big Ed” (for ‘educator’, or ‘Engine of Destruction’);
@ Steve: I know of a S&W Highway Patrolman that goes by the name Officer Friendly;
And a LadySmith named Lucille.
The only one of mine that has acquired nomenclature is the FAL. Wife calls it ‘Nemesis’. She’s not enamored of the appearance of that specific dark rifle for some reason.

But I have to admit, “Locomotive Breath” ROCKS.

Mr. Blasty is pretty funny…… I think with the current trend in politics, you are going to start seeing a resurgence in name “The Liberator”.
*I often refer to my Kel-Tec as “American Express” – cheesy, I know. Carry your F***ing guns, people!

Only 2 named guns:
A) Bedside S+W 4043 “Homeguard”.
B) Colt Cobra .38 snub “American Express”, ’cause I don’t leave home with out it.

How has no one mentioned “Vera” yet?
