Photography is not a crime

Especially in your own home:

A homeowner says he was arrested for “illegal photography” when a police sergeant followed him into his own home, and he objected and took the cop’s photo with his cell phone.

He was also arrested for “public intoxication” inside his own home.

The real brain cramp is being charged with both public intoxication and illegal photography, which only applies if there’s an expectation of privacy.

Apparently this is some weird Schroedinger’s Police Officer that is capable of being simultaneously in-public and not-in-public.

  3. John Smith Says:

There was a nc pistol possession case like that near where my parents live in nc. Seems the officer arrested the suspect because he was concealing a pistol in his car. When it got to court the defense questioned the officer about how he knew there was a pistol inside the locked car. He said he saw it sticking up between the console and drivers seat. The case was dismissed immediately with prejudice.

Think they’ll settle for $250, 000. My advice? take the money and move away from Hooterville.

  5. Joat Says:

There was a case in WI, like the one John Smith mentioned, the difference the guy was found guilty of having a concealed weapon for the gun that was sitting on the passenger seat of his car.

because there are never any sober people in Wi.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
