Whose Ox?
Now, I despise Al Gore as much as the next free thinker. He’s an awful man who makes a lot of money scamming true believers into buying useless financial instruments from a company he has a financial interest in. And it’s easy to take a shot at this guy because he’s socially awkward.
In case you haven’t heard, there are allegations he sexually assaulted a masseuse in Oregon. The source was the National Enquirer so, obviously, such allegations should be taken with a huge grain of salt. But the Oregon press is picking it up and I’ve read the victim’s statement to police and note that the investigation is ongoing.
I realize it’s easy to make fun and make light of Al Gore in this case but, if her report is true, Al Gore sexually assaulted her. And that’s not funny. And the jokes are in poor taste. Sexual assault is never funny.

The National Enquirer broke the John Edwards story

Yes, sadly the National Enquirer is now the news you can trust. The so called papers of record are the ones to be suspicious of.
You make fun of situation such as this because if you stay serious and leave it to the officials, you end up with her victimized a second time by Democrat officials trying to protect one of their own. Already it has come out that liberal friends advised her to take one for the team lest climate change consume us all.

Wasn’t the Enquirer the one who broke Paula Jones, too?

Oh, and Donna Rice, for the older folks in the audience…

Honestly, it’s a sad commentary on the state of the MSM when people are talking about how they trust the National Enquirer more than the real papers.

For all the bad Gore has done, I just don’t see this one. He’s like the total opposite of those Dos Equis commercials. He’s “The Most Boring Man” in the world.
Guys like that don’t typically get violent when they don’t get the “happy ending” from a massuese, although anything is possible. It would explain why Tipper sent him packing all of the sudden…

The National Enquirer has a reputation for getting the story right.
They are a scandal rag … but they are also good at what they do.

The disgusting thing is that the usual suspect will transition seamlessly from jokes about her being raped to jokes about Gore being raped in prison.

oh, I think “please release my second chakra” is pretty damn funny.
“I am totally serial. Release my second chakra or I’ll set ManBearPig on you. Oh, that feels good…Excelsior!”

The fact she didn’t pursue pressing charges in order to save the planet from global warming is pretty funny. You know, because only the Goracle can stop it. Maybe he can get a reach around from Earth Mother Gaia.

So Gore/Edwards in 2012 isn’t going to happen? Darn.

When Rape is Comedy Gold
