Am I the only one to notice they called the Gunny “infamous”? I sent them this note on the blog:
“Hey, guys at the NRA, you’re wrong about Reid, you’re wrong about McCain, and now you are absolutely wrong about calling Gunny “infamous”! That is a highly negative term used to describe despicable people who have a deleterious effect on humanity. Gunny is a distinguished member of the US Marine Corps, and for this slight you owe him a very public apology.”

The Gunny passed away in late May.

Gunny didn’t die, the NRA issued him a gag order.

I think the “infamous” refers to the film character of Gunnery Sgt Hartman from Full Metal Jacket, not to R. Lee Ermey the actor himself.
