Judicially thus far, the Right to Privacy only applies to stuff the Left likes. We need to put a full court Alinsky on this and make them live up to their own ideals.
So…criminals will use the FOIA to get me on a list of CCW’ers and know to avoid my home for crime?…..not the worst thing I’ve ever heard…
of course, employers are already checking credit scores, hate to see them start to see if people are CCW’ers.
