A shift:
With the mid-terms looming large in a year where incumbents are expected to take a beating at the polls many Democratic candidates are favoring gun rights, aiming to win endorsements or positive ratings from pro-2nd amendment groups.
Gun control these days is less along party lines and more regional.

True enough. We are winning the hearts and minds of the electorate, and the pols have noticed.
Unfortunately, many of the politicians who are newly “pro-gun” were antis a few months ago. And they will be anti’s again, just as soon as a post election opportunity offers.
A Long Island bred Representative who worked for Carolyn McCarthy, who supported the “Blair Holt Gun Control Act,” HR 45; as well as HR 645, Alcee Hastings concentration camp bill, really cannot be trusted with our gun rights. Even though he said a few approving words about McDonald.
To paraphrase Teddy Blue, better a dog than such a Congressman.

I don’t care if the Democrats get on their knees and praise GOD (that isn’t PC for them.)
If I have a choice between a Republican, Democrat, and Libertarian it will be a tossup between the first and the last.
The ONLY way we are going to break the liberal deadlock is to get an overwhelming majority of Libertarians and Republicans so we can push back all the damaging legislation they have produced.
Yes a super majority! Otherwise the liberal Democrats will filibuster it in the senate.

I could’nt care less about the dem’s newfound, and temporary, support for the Constitution. They’ve been wiping their asses with it and will continue to do so no matter what they say. The traitors ALL need to go!
I’d love to see every single dem booted out. Then we can focus on eliminating the Repubs and have only independants in office. IMHO, both parties are evil, the dems are the greater of the 2.
