Are these insurance mongers joking? Liability insurance with a capped maximum of $250,000? Is there ANYONE out there in this lawsuit-happy world who has EVER seen a lawsuit for intentional injury damages that WASN’T well into the millions?
The maximum $250,000 might pay for your lawyer, and it might not, but it’s just about guaranteed that a quarter-million isn’t going to pay ANY liability judgment, even in an apportioned-damages state.
