The unknown cool gun is (I believe) a single shot .22 competition target pistol. I have a friend who does competitive .22 target shooting, and he has a piece that looks very similar. The grip is shaped to fit his hand (I can’t shoot it, my hand won’t fit the grip) and keep the barrel in line with his arm, so he can just sight down his arm and the sights to the target.
Slight correction, it’s a .177 caliber air pistol. The stainless steel tube is actually attached to the gun; that’s the power source for the pellets. It’s loaded by raising the black lever on the right side, dropping a pellet in and closing the lever. Closing the lever also cocks the pistol. It’s the standard gun for international 10m Air Pistol and NRA Collegiate Air Pistol as well.
