EOTech Customer Service
One of my EOTech’s stopped working. It wouldn’t power on. It’s an older N battery model made in 2001, IIRC. I tried resetting the circuits to no avail. I contacted them and they told me non-warranty service was $58. I shipped it to them and had it back within 8 days:

They fixed it, cleaned it, put it in a new box, and added the oversized screw mount (which I prefer over the hex head screws). Hats off to EOTech for excellent service.

I had a similar experience a couple of weeks ago. Mine was a AA model, and it cost me $23 to fix it and I got the parts in 6 days.

Dangit, I lost my hex head screw mount to my 552. Thanks for reminding me:)

On another forum, I’ve seen a lot of people whining about having to pay nominal fees – like one-way shipping or sometimes two-way shipping – for warranty service. It is nice to see someone happy for getting good work without whining about some cost.

I have a newer 516 with the buttons and adjustment screws on the sides. People always seem to bitch about EOtech and insist on Aimpoint to the point of personally insulting those who choose EOtech.
