Then by the same standard banning gun shops would be unconstitutional because, like tattoo parlors, they facilitate the exercising of a constitutional right.
Thanks Kalifornistan!

Cali? Banning tat parlors? That’s like Russia banning vodka.

That’s really weird, because my sister used to work an tattoo place in Sacramento. I didn’t realize that it was illegal, and probably wouldn’t care if I knew. Must have been a rather loosely enforced law if they couldn’t even keep them out of the state’s capital.

Tattoo shops aren’t illegal in the state of California, but certain cities have made it impossible to get a business license to open a tattoo shop. For example, most of the “South Bay” cities in LA county (this would include Hermosa Beach) Have got some law on the books that would prevent opening a tattoo shop. But if you want to open a tattoo shop in Hollywood you won’t have a problem getting a business license. So yeah, Tattoo shops aren’t illegal in California, just certain cities.

Tattoos should be made such that they disappear upon a weight gain of 10%, or an age gain of 5 years.

OK then; business is free speech and cannot be taxed ’cause taxation would inhibit one’s ability to express one’s self.

Carrying a gun is free speech and cannot be restricted in any way. So fuck you.
