Leonard Embody is disturbing. He picked a fight a lost. Now he’s crying foul.
Like it or not, he is the face of open carry in Middle Tennessee and it’s a ugly face indeed.
He only dropped his appeal because the opposition found out incidents from his past that he thought multiple expungements would hide. Nothing ever “really” goes away and he was foolish to believe so.
The only thing worst than a man losing a fight is for him to have been the aggressor who picked the fight in the first place.
The authorities will not settle out of court with him like he thinks. He also thought (and bragged how) he would get his permit back without a hearing once he cried “lawsuit”.
What a pitiful narcissitic, sociaopathic individual. I wonder what kind of parents raised him and if his siblings act like that too. Does the fruit ever really fall far from the tree?

I dropped the appeal, because I don’t need a handgun permit to carry a gun. Tennessee law is unconstitutional. The AG kept complaining that my handgun permit hearing would prevent the chancellor from hearing my case so I dropped the request for the hearing.
I’ve never been charged with a crime and never had any criminal offense expunged. I wonder who anonymous is…

What happened in Sumner County Tennessee? Did kwikrnu beat his wife? All the evidence says “yes”.
I don’t understand how a sane person can complain about not having due process concerning his carry permit being suspended yet drop the appeal.
There are things Mr Embody didn’t want to come out in the hearing.
I expect him to stage another scenario soon. He previously bragged online how the local police came to his house when he supposedly “accidently triggered the alarm” and he didn’t open the door when they knocked. Did he want the police to bust in so he could have a shootout with them?
This guy seems to want “suicide by cop” as much as anyone who has ever achieved it.That is why there is a “material likelihood” of risk or harm to himself or the public.
That is why he lost his permit – “material likelihood” and “totality of events”.
And why hasn’t his family come out in support of him?
What a miserable existence he must have.

No one believes anything happened in Sumner County. I’ve never lived in sumner county. It was the creation of a police officer who didn’t know what he was talking about. Has anyone seen any report which would corroberate it? The Brentwood Police won’t even confirm it happened. No, it is typical of the defamation presented by those whose wish to destroy my reputation. My family supports me 100%.
