Cleveland gun laws to supreme court
The city is defending it’s semi-auto ban and registration requirements. Looks like a preemption challenge to me.

Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson is a Fool who thinks he can close Pandora’s Box, while praying for a Miracle that ONE Democrat can be elected to the Ohio Supreme’s this year, thus delaying the inevitable. Of course, the smart people like Breda, ThoTpolice and myself prefer to live outside the Cleveland City limits, and be Free People, while still having the benefits that STATEWIDE CCW provides if we go there to Shop, Dine or get excellent Medial Treatment. Just a matter of time. Besides the Eastside Kings Gang doesn’t see to care about any stinking Assault Weapons Ban, nor do the new Latino Gangs on the Westside out by Dennis Kuchinich.
