Breast cancer awareness is a fine cause to support, and I applaud the firearms industry for supporting it so broadly. But after the awareness campaign is long over, the industry will be left with a large number of pink guns and accessories.
I think it may be about time for a review article focused like a pink laser on pink firearms and pink accessories. Not that there are any pink lasers, yet, but perhaps an LED gunlight with a pink filter will suffice.
There are many possibilities to drive this article.
What pink 3-gun suite? What pink holster matches best each pink handgun? What pink rifle or shotgun to use while wearing a Kalashnakitty T-shirt? And so on….
I await the resulting gunmag article or gunblog post, preferably to be published or posted next April 01.
