In my lap at all times
David looks at some rulings from ATF on pistol grip shotguns. Seems there is a case that a pistol grip shotgun is a destructive device. They can also be Any Other Weapons. Or shotguns. Regardless, this can create all kinds of problems. It’s like it’s confusing on purpose.

Lemme see,
1. He escapes New Jersey and then comes BACK?
2. He drives around NEW JERSEY with guns in the car and is upset that he is in prison?
But, but I printed off a summary of the law from a blog site!

I love the Rage Against the Machine reference. Pistol grip pump in my lap at all times…

The “sporting purpose” requirement is invalid – it’s a trumped up infringement of the individual right to keep and bear arms under the Second Amendment.
Shotguns fall under the Second Amendment as self-defense weapons – that is unquestionable. Their use in sport is common, but that is a much lesser purpose not addressed by the Second Amendment, and cannot be used as an excuse to ban shotguns that are better suited for self-defense.
