Loopholes are when people just don’t like the law
This morning, I used the speed limit loophole and exceeded the 65MPH limit on the interstate, for example. Some other examples:
A dealer who loses his FFL can sell his inventory.

My favorite now is how they are using “tax loophole” as a justification for tax increases. Its not a tax increase anymore, they are just closing a tax loophole!
