Bonidy v. USPS
The USPS filed a motion to dismiss. Short version: Bonidys have no home mail delivery and must pick up their mail at the post office, which bans guns on their property. Including the parking lot. They sue.

The government is arguing that the 2nd amendment is a limited right. The only way I can see the second amendment being limited is in a situation where your safety is guaranteed(which does not exist)… And after the shooting in the tennessee post office that is obviously a folly when it comes to a post offices… The scotus needs to clear up what they define as limited when it come to federal and state property as well as when 1st amendment become a limited right and by what standard do you apply these limits consistently???
